R3 HC090 Autumn

"And up now is competitor number 090! Representing the season of autumn is Fuchi!"
The speakers boomed overhead, but Fuchi didn't allow them to break her focus. "Just like we rehearsed," she muttered to herself.
"Go Tsuki!" Fuchi called out, tossing her pokeball into the air. The audience grew hushed as the majestic pokemon stepped forth, fur slightly puffed and ears alert, waiting for instructions.
"Dim the lights with your Dark Pulse!" The Ninetails purred as orbs of darkness materialized into a flame-like form all around her. Then suddenly they flew out in all directions, licking and eating away at what little light there was to begin with. The crowd started up again, chattering with anticipation. What could the girl be planning to do?
Fuchi tossed two more pokeballs up into the air. "Prism, jump onto Athena's back!" Fuchi's Espeon appeared, landing with ease onto the back of the bigger pokemon. "Athena fly around! And Prism use Psychic!" Fuchi commanded, her pokemon obeying. Athena fluttered around, her powerful wings beating in the dark. The audience and judges began to mutter again, but then ceased and held their breath. A faint purpleish glow appeared, slowly but steadily getting brighter, more intense. The light streaked around the room, leaving a beautiful yet eerie glowing trail. It looked almost like-
"A ghost," the announcer stated and the audience broke into applause.

I am also amused because I told myself I was just going to do a picture for this round and somehow ended up doing a comic DERP.
Rather proud of how most of this came out, especially the coloring. Although I know it's too bright in places. =w=
Was kind of hard for me to think of an appeal for this. Couldn't exactly have the leaves of autumn and stuff everywhere, and didn't want to change anyone's moveset. SO TRIED TO COOK SOMETHING UP. |D HOPEFULLY IT'S GOOD ENOUGH.
